Ovulation concern on birth control?

I am currently taking birth control packets that have 3 weeks of active pills and 1 week of placebo pills. I missed one pill maybe around the 4th day of the packet (Wednesday), but resumed a regular schedule after that. I had unprotected sex the Tuesday before, and like an idiot and completely forgetting about the missed dosage on Wednesday, that following Saturday. Normally in the past when I have accidentally missed a dose there hasn't been any problems or weird symptoms. But the next week, on Tuesday, I noticed a significant amount of slightly  transparent milky white discharge all at once. It was sticky and had no accompanying odor. Looking up some of the ovulation symptoms, I had noticed some lower abdominal discomfort around that time as well, but I also have digestive issues so I'm never sure what to contribute the cramping to. I also noticed an increase in sex drive which is very odd for me. Other than that, nothing else was unusual.
My question here is could that have been ovulation discharge, meaning I ovulated (possibly sparked by the missed dose in the first week)? How normal is it to have just one time excess discharge while on bc pills? Should I have any real pregnancy concerns?
Thank you so much for any contributions!
