Possible Pegnancy?

I'm a sixteen year old female and have been taking birth control pills for a little over a month now. I'm very regular with taking them and have never missed a day and take them about the same time every day. My brand contains in the last week of a month pack, two pills of lower dosage of hormones and two placebo pills. Last week, my boyfriend and I had sex and used condom, but this was on a day that was a placebo pill. The condom didn't break and he didn't ejaculate inside of me. Lately though, I have been experiencing slight cramps and very light spotting. I am nowhere near my next period. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

Hi!
If you were my patient, i would recommend a pregnancy test, but mostly for peace of mind.  If the test is positive you must stop taking your pills, but if negative you should definitely continue.  You are probably just experiencing break through bleeding due to being a new pill user.  This is common and nothing to worry about.
Good luck!

If you guys ever did have an accident before that one, maybe there is a chance. Take a pregnancy test just to make sure.
