Pregnant, miscarried or period? So confused!

I changed from Trifeme to Norimin during my last period (2 weeks ago). I have been sick (vomiting, fever etc) had unprotected sex and two days ago woke up with cramps in lower stomach and brown and pink spotting. Over the last few hrs, its turned into a light period. Thing is, im two weeks early for my period and i had no warning it was coming. Since it started, I've gone off my food, gotten tender breasts and have grown more tired.
Ive researched online but websites either say implantation bleeding, miscarriage or its just old stuff leaving before the new. Ive never had any issue with my period before and now im starting to worry.
Any ideas?

Thing is, never had any issue with mid cycle bleeding or sore breasts before. It didnt get heavier. I just started spotting on thursday night. And signs are slowly starting to get more prominent. Not sure whats going on. Dr says its UTI, mother in law say no, pregnant just to early to tell, i say im so confused, but i just feel different. Like things are changing. Not sure if that has happened to anyone else or not?

could be mid-cycle bleeding or implantation bleeding. if it gets heavier could be a m/c. if its enough to saturate pads/tampons over a few days should be your period.
