Seasonique and weight gain
Hi, I recently switched from Yazmine to Seasonique. I just started my 3rd week of the Seasonique and weighed myself today and I am 5 pounds heavier than I was last month at the same time (5 pounds is a very big deal to me). Anyway, has anyone had a similar reaction to Seasonique or did I just eat too much this month?
gaining weight is common with any hormonal suppliment (aka- birth control). However, the only way to prevent the couple extra pounds is to keep an eye on your appetite (BC is also known to increase some cravings) and add a little more exercise into your schedual
it's usual to gain weight on hormonal birth control. one of the downsides i know
