TUBAL MISCARRAIGE?

TUBAL LIGATION DONE 7 YEARS AGO DURING C-SECTION, PERIODS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REGULAR. UNTIL I BECAME IN SEVERE PAIN IN ONE SIDE OF PELVIS , HAD A SUDDEN UNEXPECTED BLEED, AND LOST A HUGE AMOUNT OF TISSUE. HAS THE TUBAL FAILED? I ALSO HAD HIGH TEMP, FELT UNWELL AND MY LOWER ABDOMEN SWELLED UP A LITTLE.

I may have answered this on another forum you asked on.  Sorry if this is redundant.  Tubal ligation surgery can fail  It's not meant to but it can.  Clips can come undone if that was the method used OR scar tissue can form in such a way that it creates a fusing of the tube so conception happens.  But be aware, this rarely leads to a viable pregnancy.  A high incidence of tubal pregnancies occurs after this procedure.  What you describe is concerning and I'd fear this is exactly what is happening.  This was posted Jan 20----  I would absolutely see a doctor if you have not done so already.  And tubal pregnancies also can give strange results on a pregnancy test so it would be best to go to the doctor rather than just relying on an at home test.  Let us know what happened!
