Took pill in advance

Hello I hope someone can help me. I’am currently using Althea pills and yesterday was supposed to be the start of my 7th day free tablet (Monday) I bought a new pack but due to confusion I drank the tablet dated (Tuesday). So basically I took the tablet that is supposed to be my first one for the new pack.

If  you are taking BCP Now you shoul be taking new pack and don't get gap between you pills. but over birth control pills may be affect your  future baby planing. You should be take condoms between two or three weeks.

Thank you :) To make it less confusing for me I will just wait for my period and just start a new pack with all the pills in it. Thank you so much for your help.

So you're saying you took an active pill by mistake when you were supposed to take the placebo? That's not really that big of a deal. Just start your new pack after 7 days of placebo starting with the one you missed. You'll be off by one day for the new pack but missing one pill at the very end of the pack before your 7 day break is not a big deal. But if you're concerned then just use condoms for a couple of weeks. It's not a big deal.

Althea is the latest 21-cycle birth-control pill product released by the Trust Family Program (TFP), which also manufactures the Trust Pill, Daphne, and Lady. Althea is referred to as TFP’s “beauty pill” because it has the same formulation as that of the more expensive Diane-35.

According to the directions, my period will arrive during the 7 pill free days.  I should start the new pack after the completion of 7 pill free days. I was able to consume 21 tablets all in all (1pack) so i need to wait seven days before I start the new pack. But I took the 1st tablet in the new pack by mistake, instead of 21 tablets it became 22 tablets. I dont know if I should stop taking the tablets in the new pack and wait for my period to arrive or continue taking the pills on the 2nd pack and then wait for my monthly period to come. I hope I did not confuse you to much.

I'm not familiar with that brand but when I looked up the picture it looks like it's monophasic,  which means all of the active pills have the same dose. Therefore it doesn't matter if you take them out of order.

If you were on a triphasic pill, it would only be a problem if you took the different colors of pills out of order but each week of a triphasic pill is one different dose.

Neither of them have a different dose daily just with a triphasic you'd get messed up if it was the start of a new week and thus a different color pill which would be a different dose.
