MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
After tubal ligation surgery a woman will have her menses and there are no menstrual changes following tubal ligation since there are no hormonal changes. After tubal ligation the chances of pregnancy are very less but there are chances of failure in any method. Pregnancy is the commonest cause of missed periods. Take up urine pregnancy test. If the test is negative you need to be evaluated for other possibilities like hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, ovulation disorders .Do consult a gynecologist. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
