Unprotected Sex

Hello, I've had unprotected sex last Feb 15 and took emergency contraceptives on the 19th. My last period was Feb 6. I experienced light bleeding with dark and clotted discharge last Feb 27 which lasted for 4-5 days. What does my bleeding means, is that my period already? If not, is it possible that my period is late? I already took 2 pregnancy tests and both resulted negative. I hope you can help me lessen my anxiety. Thank you.

Thank you for responding. I really appreciate it. Though my bleeding is not the kind of bleeding I usually get from my period. Is it also because of the emergency contraception?

HI,
The bleeding which has lasted for 4 to 5 days can be your menses which have come earlier. This happens because the emergency contraception alters the normal hormones of the body.
Hope this helps.
