is it possible?

I had my tubes tied about 5 yrs ago, I have now missed my period which is very unusual for me and have had sme swelling of hands and feet, and very fatigued. is there a chance that i could get pregnant now. Im only 31 but i didnt think i could get pregnant again?

Its very, very unlikely.  You should see your doctor, because swelling of the hands and feet, along with fatigue, can be symptoms of several health conditions.

Could be nothing, but get it checked out.

They can do a blood test for pregnancy at the same time, but the risk is small.  Not impossible, not not likely.
