mirena IUD and false positive pregnancy tests

I have had Mirena in for about 18months. Problem being I am experiencing all the signs and symptoms of being pregnant and actually think I feel baby movement in my stomach. But I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they have all come back negative. Id it possible to still be pregnant and getting negative results?

it is mossible because the Mirena can be the thing thats giving the negative result might want to have it checked out becase most pregnancies that include mirena can be optopic pregnancy and maybe end in miscarriage or be even fatal for you
