mirena and pregnancy?

i have had my mirena iud for a year now but for the past several months i hav been having pregnancy symptoms(i already have 3 kids and know all my symptoms).i have taken at least 10 pregnancy test.all came back negative but my ob/gyn said that my iud could give me a false negative.i went to the er yesterday with intense cramping and back spasms.the doctor did a quick exam nad then did a pelvic exam and said my cervix was closed.after that he left and sent me home with a script for tylanol 800.does having a closed cervic mean im pregnant?

I have had the Mirena IUD since May 2008. For the past few days I have been experiencing flutters on my left side. I've taken a hpt the results were negative but the flutters are making me curious about pregnancy. Do you think i could be pregnant?

YES, you can get pregnant when mirena is inside!
i had mirena inseted in march 2009 after my second son's birth. and yesterday i went to see doctor, and doctor has confirmed that i am 6-8 weeks pregnant according to my blood hormon level. (since i don't have regular peirod so i don't even know when i got pregnant). the worst thing is none of the doctors wants to remove it for me. the emergency room doctor asked gynicologist, and gynicologist send me to early pregnancy assessment unit (EPA), and EPA says they don't deal with my case.....
but all of them said mirena has to be removed and there is chance of miscarrage.
i don't know what to say now.
if anybody is looking for birth control, DO NOT CHOOSE IUD.

It sounds to me like you're experiencing typical side effects of the Mirena.  Your doctor will probably examine you and tell you for sure if you are pregnant or not.  The ER would definetly tell you if you are pregnant, though, closed cervix or not.
It sounds like the mirena may not be something you want to have if you are wanting to be pregnant.  I would also talk to your doctor about other forms of birth control and/or tell him that you want to become pregnant so they can take out the mirena.
