pregnant after a tubal....AGAIN!!!

i had my tubes tied 6/28/06 for the first time. then by january 07 i was pregnant. i had my tubes tied 9/27/07 for the second time. now i feel pregnant again. this would be my 6th pregnancy (1st two were misscarriages). i have all the classic symptoms, but (like last time) i am lactating again. my daughter will be 2, i stopped nursing her at 3 months. i took two at home tests, they were both negative. i will go to the doctor this week...just i have a really hectic life. fulltime job, mother of a 2,3,and 4 yr old and a business owner (of a website)....what are the odds of being pregnant again? both tubals were done after a c-sec. and lastly could i have just started lactating becasue my sis had a baby? ( we are not real close) my husband says it is because he has sperm of steel that built a bridge...i just want to slap him....AGAIN!  lol oh last cycle was mid april....

You should definitely see your doctor. Your symptoms could come from a range of things besides pregnancy. I wish you luck and keep up updated!

I am sorry to hear this hasn't worked out for you.  I hope you get the outcome you are wishing for.  My mom had this problem after having her tubes tied.  It was a tubal pregnancy so she didn't actually end up with another child though.  After that she had a procedure done called a thermal ablasion where they burned her uterus.  It makes it so your uterus no longer gets the thick lining, so she never has a period.  She had it done about five years ago and hasn't had a period since, or any problems with pregnancy.  The procedure was very mild and she was up and playing soccer the next day.  She was never in any major pain, she said it hurt a little but it wasn't a big deal and the pain was gone in 24 hours.  It might be something you'd like to look into.  Another advantage of this is that you will still have all your hormones so you wouldn't have to take any.  You will still get emotional once a month and your breasts will probably get tender, all the normal PMS symptoms, but without the period.  Good luck with everything!!

Go to your doctor right away.   It is not likely, but not impossible for you to be pregnant.  If you are, you need to be seen due to the very high risk of ectopic pregnancy.

However, there are other things that can cause you to lactate again.  One serious reason can be a pituitary tumor.  There could be other causes, from medications taken to hormone changes.

You need to see a doctor.
