Birth Control and Break-Through Bleeding HELP

I started Lo Loestrin Fe oral birth control pill on January 14, 2014 after being off of it since Thanksgiving of 2013. Previously I had constant break-though bleeding (more like a period- for even 2 and a half weeks) and cramps. I switched to Microgestin and that made me so sick I stopped, and then restarted Lo Loestrin Fe.
I have taken it everyday and have never missed a pill. The only thing that I have done probably incorrectly with pill use is only a couple of times I took it maybe an hour and a half/two hours late.
I’ve spotted quite often- not as badly as before. I had a period between the first and second pack for 4 days with 3 days of spotting before (Feb 4-10). I had unprotected sex on the 11th and 14th of Feb (my boyfriend pulled out). Then had break-through bleeding and it was like a period lasting from Feb 19-25- so I assume I am not pregnant from either unprotected days.
Now here’s where I am stupid and am now worried. I am nearing the end of my second month’s pack and on Feb 28th and March 1st I had unprotected sex using the pull out method. I am supposed to start my period on Friday (March 7th) with my four days of placebo pills. I’ve had on and off light cramping (per usual, and sometimes focused on one side of my abdomen), I felt my cervix and it feels pretty low (I assume), and last night I could not sleep and noticed I had some light brown discharge (which lately it’s been next to nothing and white). I felt nauseous and slightly dizzy today (maybe because I didn't get enough sleep). I’m not sure if it’s the pill, or if I could be pregnant because I now have some bleeding that is brown/reddish in color. It’s hard to explain. I feel as if it’s too early to be implantation in my cycle and I am getting ready for AF- she could come early, she has before. PLEASE HELP. I know it’s a lot of info, but I am worried I’m one of the 1% who get pregnant on the pill. I also understand there is always a chance I could be pregnant with unprotected sex and that I should take a test if my period doesn’t come on Friday. I’m scared because I’m a pretty good pill taker and I’m healthy and active- could it just be my body trying to adjust to the pill again, can I have spotting this soon before my period, what are the chances of being pregnant? I feel like this happened when I took this pill last year. Thanks for all your help! Please get back ASAP, my gynecologist doesn't help much so I need yours!

I think your just spotting, instead of having a real period you will most likely have a spotting kind of period.or no period.at all thats exactly what the lolo does.  Thats most of the cases while using the lolo.  Thats why most women loove it. Wait until the last of the month to take a test and if it cmes out negative then you are not pregnant.  Just keep taking the pill and if you arent planning on having a baby keep using it . It has low hormones doesn't make you gain weight and its highly effective on reducing pregnancy.

I've not had any problems with Yaz or Loestrin 24. I'm on Loestrin right now because Yaz made me pretty low emotionally. However, I think because they are so low dose pills, they shouldn't cause such a problem.

I've heard bad thinkgs about Seasonal/ique, though. I dunno. I take Loestrin continiously and haven't had an issue, I don't see why you would bother with a pill specifically marketed as "less periods" when you can have them with any. (Even if I weren't taking it continiously, there are only four placebos instead of the normal seven for both Yaz and Loestrin.)

I ended up spotting from March 3-6th, and then was supposed to start my period on the 7th (placebo pills) and it wasn't there. I took a test (First Response) on the 7th and it was negative. Accurate?

I was on the same pill for almost a year before i stopped taking it. When i first started  it i had the same situation your in happen to me. It took my body 3-4 months to get back to regular cycles. Id bleed for weeks when i wasn't supposed to, and not bleed when i needed to lol it worked great keeping me bany free and only took 1 full cycle off of it before i got pregnant.
