Only One Ovary & One Fallopian Tube on Opposite Sides - want to fall pregant

I have recently moved overseas from AU with my partner due to work. As we are in a third world country I would need to head to Bangkok for medical treatment which I am considering.  Can someone please help me?

- I had my ovary and fallopian tube removed (both on opposite sides) when I was 15.
- at 20 I became preganant, a miracle but unfortunately misscarriaged.
- I am now 25 and have been on the pill for the last 5 years.
- I stopped taking the pill the end of June 12 and has a period for a week, I have now not had a period since and it   has now been 9 weeks.
- I am not pregant. (done tests, and Iknew they would be negative, sometimes women just know)
- I have been told I have two (less then 5 cm) cysts on my remianing ovary, I also have osteopenia if that makes any difference.

I do want to conceive naturally, I know it is harder for me anyway however I was wondering if someone could recommend some meds I could order online (I have heard of **** Quai, Vita and perhaps Elevit) or should I get myself checked up in Bangkok asap for an ultrasound etc to check on the ovary?

Thank you so much for your help, feel a little lost with no one to turn to.

Thank you so much, you have definitely given me a starting point. I am currently sweating it out in Laos (inland from Camodia, Thailand and Vietnam)! It is the wet season here, so very hot indeed!  Do you have any suggestions for some prenatal vitamens? Or, just go with anything? If you ever find yourself longing for another trek in Thailand, pop over to Laos, would be happy to have you! :)

Hi!
At 25, your chances are good that you can conceive naturally.  Even though you have had the surgeries that you have had.  Prenatal vitamins are definitely a good option for a woman who is trying for a baby.  Just about any one will do. It is possible that your cycles will sort themselves out if you give it a bit more time--it could be the stress of the move, etc. that has thrown them off, in addition to stopping the pill.  If you don't have a period within the next 4-6 weeks, however, I would suggest getting a check up.  You might need some blood work -- such as thyroid hormone level, FSH level, prolactin level for starters.  An ultrasound probably wouldn't add much at this point in time.
Well, that will at least give you a starting point!  I am a bit curious about where you are!  I have fond(?) memories of a trek in Northern Thailand.
Good luck!
