Post-Nexplanon issues

I am a 19 year old female who used the Nexplanon implant from October until March. I discontinued use because it caused mood issues, a 25 pound weight gain, skin irritation, and fatigue. I am now about 6 months off of Nexplanon and experiencing extreme fatigue and am unable to lose any weight. My appetite has decreased. I am a college runner, I have never had a problem with my weight previously. I am at a loss. My blood tests have come back normal except for borderline anemia. Has anyone had issues post-Nexplanon? Any experiences with auto-immune diseases post Nexplanon? Thank you. I am just lost now and seeking some kind of solution.
