Hi there,
Gynaecosid is used for Amenorrhea, when your period is absent for other reasons than pregnancy. Though one week after periods and 1 week before periods is considered as safe period for sex there are chances of pregnancy. You should have ruled out pregnancy before taking gynecosid.Since you have not had your periods it is best to get evaluated. Delayed periods can be due to hormonal imbalances, stress, ovulation disorders etc.Consult a doctor. I hope it helps.
Best wishes and regards!
