Are these labs anything to be concerned about?

Here are my labs. Doc says nothing to worry but just wants to retest in 4 weeks. 44 year old male no symptoms and I feel great. I am due for shoulder surgery next week as I have an AC joint surgery. So I don’t know if there’s inflammation in the AC joint which could cause these numbers to go up. The shoulder MRI report says tendinosis and soft tissue edema.

I thought they looked great but please let me know if there is anything to be concerned about.
