I take and record my BP each morning and evening.

How can I use the Tracker to reflect twice a day readings?

Hm. Can you maye use two BP trackers? I haven't quite tried that... but may be one for the morning and one for the evening? And maybe a third one for an average?

Thank you for your reply.

For several years I have been recording my morning and evening readings on my computer using Excel format.  Since finding this MedHelp tracking graph I wanted to record each of my daily readings on the tracking graph.

Hi!
To use the tracker you will have to follow the instruction guide. In some instruments your monitor may show two readings at a time. Most trackers give one reading at a time, and you need to follow the recordings one by one. Usually most trackers give the time and date. However, if you are not able to follow the instructions, you can manually record it on a paper by date/morning/evening reading. Hope this helps. Take care!
