Detecting M-Spike if IGA Deficient.

My daughter has so many issues.. Trying to piece them together.  So her Gamma Globulin is high on SPEP test.  She is IGA deficient. Now.. since her body does not produce IGA and the gamma globulin levels are a combination of IGG/IGA/IGM/IGE/IGD wouldnt that give a inconclusive result as to the absence of the MSpike?  Her gamma globulins levels are high.  Her Kappa light chain level is high as well.
