Help me! Is there a problem with my platelets?

I'm wondering if the number of my platelets is normal...can they be different each time I take a blood test, or are they decreasing in number?
I'm a little worried because of this...

September 20th: 248,000
September 27th: 218,000
October 6th: 203,000

Another question...
A 3rd generation ELISA test at 62 days, how reliable is it?
Thanks in advance.

I see, well don't worry too much, I'm sure everything is going to be just fine.  Your platelets sound good and your getting a negative, thats good.  I'll say a little prayer for you, if you don't mind.

Because I had unprotected oral sex...and well, I'm quite nervous, I'm hoping my nine-week negative result doesn't change...

Well a negative is always a good sign.  Don't be too worried.  Why are you worried about HIV?  If you don't mind me asking...

Well, I got my blood checked because I'm afraid of HIV...my last test was at nine weeks, negative, fortunately...I do hope that's a good sign.

Thank you.  Hopefully at some point they will go up.  Yes you are totally fine.  You should not be worried.  But might I ask why you get your blood checked?  I understand that is a little intrusive you don't have to answer that...just wondering how you know your count all the time..

Don't worry, you don't have to apologize.
I'm really sorry about your situation, and I truly hope you can get better with time. Well...can I be calm with my count, then? I was afraid and worried because i thought it was decreasing.

Oh sorry didn't know...well I believe the counts go up and down but its when they start going down under the normal range is when you talk to a Dr.  Mine always fluctuate.  Like in August I was at 52,000, in September I was at 46,000 and I just got my test back yesterday and I was told I was at 22,000. Your counts are great they are in the normal range.  Normal range is 140,000 to 400,000.  My lowest count was 14,000, I've done a few differest treatments but they never helped.  If you go below normal range you will start to notice a big difference.  Bruising, major fatigue, gum bleeding when brushing teeth, blood in urine and/or stools.

I'm not pregnant, I'm a male.
I'm a bit scared, I don't know if the platelets number should vary or remain the same...

Hello!
I have what is known as ITP or immune thrombocytopenia purpra, its means its low platelets. As of right now my count is at 22,000.  It's an autoimmune disorder.  Your numbers are not that bad.  Have you talked to a Dr about this?  Are you pregnant?
