Please help, 23yr old Female, lymph nodes and bp issues!

My BP increases when i stand up, but i get really dizzy! like SEVERE head rush! the doctors cant explain to me why im getting dizzy, as bp should DECREASE to get dizzy, but mine does the opposite. It went from 120/72 to 134/80... i know its not a huge jump, but i just want to know why im getting so intensely dizzy! I almost fall over sometimes! Also, i get the same dizziness/head rush if i stretch!? whats that all about??!!! If im laying down watching tv and i stretch my back arms neck for example, i get rly intense dizziness. I get sudden spurts of vertigo and blurred vision that come out of nowhere sometimes, the floor looks like its moving n everything. Im worried as ive had my ears checked and nothing going on there, maybe just a bit of fluid behind eardrum the specialist said. But steroids didnt clear it up. Its still happening!! Ive got swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin, had ultrasound and it showed swollen lymph nodes but not large enough to worry about. that was 4 weeks ago and theyve not got bigger but theyve got harder. not painful and i can move them about but im dead worried ive got lymphoma cancer. Ive had loads of blood tests and all normal....but would lymphoma really show up in blood tests? Im worried sick please someone help :-( im only 23 :-(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. There is a known entity known as postural hypertension. The symptoms are dizziness, headache, blurred vision, drowsiness, confusion, noise in ears etc. The enlarged lymph nodes are a concern, neck and groin, getting bigger and harder at a rapid speed, rule out a pharyngeal, laryngeal, head and ear source of infection and any sexually transmitted diseases. After these are ruled out lymph node biopsy would help in diagnosis of hodgkin’s or non hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Hope this helps. Take care.
