Swollen Toes

At the end of a day, the two small toes on my left foot are swollen and red and painful. Not a diabetic. Tall and athletic 6' 3'' and 180 pounds. Only medical issue is hemochromatosis

Thanks for the advice, Jerry. I'll try the aspirin. Have cut down somewhat on activities but still a big hiker---NJ Palisades, etc. Sandals are more comfortable now than sneakers or boots..      Best,,,, Henry

Think about what your athletic activities may have done to stress your foot and/or legs.  Swelling may be water retention ... old post, has it gone away.  I always think aspirin for swelling whatever the cause.
