What should I expect at my first hematology appointment?

I'm 19 years old. My factor VIII (clotting factor) levels came back at 214%. I guess normal range is 50%-150%. My gynecologist referred me to a hematologist. I am young and have always been relatively in shape, so what would these levels be caused by? Does this necessarily mean I have a clotting problem? Also what should I expect at my appointment?

Elevated factor VIII may be caused by inflammation, liver disease, diabetes, obesity, pregnancy, and/or advanced age. Persistent elevation of factor VIII above 150% is associated with an increased risk for venous thrombosis.
