diet or medicine?

hi. i am  a 35 year old male. height 182 cm and 90 kg weight. i do sport exercises 3 times a week for about 30 min. but in last check up my ldl: 159, cholostrol 240 blood sugar: 100. is it dangerous for me? should i use medicine or get a diet? i donot use sweet and fast foods and lipid much and have diet now but these results get me unhappy

i am very happy that after a tight 45 day diet my  weight becomes 88 kg and after test my ldl: 114, cholostrol 193 blood sugar: 85. should i stop my diet or not?

after last blood check and coosulting my doctor and calculate my risk with respect to other factors like blood pressure,smoking,.. and it was low, now i have started a more tighty diet and hope it would be effictiveness if not after 2 months i gana start meds.thanks for your nice advices kokil mthur!

Hi!
If you eat healthy and exercise and your cholesterol and LDL levels are high, then you need medications to keep them in check. Yes, diet control is necessary with effort being made to avoid high calorie foods and saturated fats, but I guess you are already doing that. So, please consult your doctor and it may be good to start medications like statins to keep the cholesterol and LDL levels under check.
