joint pains

i have pain in my shoulder joints .. could it be because i have high ferratine

Yes, high ferritin levels can cause iron deposits in the joints and this can result in joint pains. Pain in shoulder joints can also be arthritis, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff injury, referred pain due to acidity, pancreas problems etc. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
