Bone marrow cancer?

Four years ago I was treated for a stress fracture in my tibia. It's supposedly took about 15 months to heal. During that time I had many x-rays and two MRIs. Fast forward to October 2016 started to have terrible pain again so I went to a new doctor.  Immediately did MRI and bone scan, and was sent to a specialized hospital for cancer. Had a needle biopsy which had crashed be sells the suspicion was B cell Lymohatic disorder. Just had an open bone biopsy.  Just had an open bone biopsy..  ruled out lymphoma but then they thought it was  myelofibrosis.  Results just came in and we still don't know what it is the B cells were once again crushed. Myelofibrosis  was ruled out but lymphoma was not ruled out. All my blood tests are normal my pet scan came back clean of course except my tibia. My options at this point I'm being told are if it oncologist will approve it doing a conservative treatment with radiation  to help with pain. A wait and see approach and have MRIs and pet scans every year. Or put open the entire tibia clean it out and hope we can get some cells. I just don't know what to do. What could this possibly be?
