PLEASE HELP

Hi,
Over the past couple years my 7 year old daughter has a history of waking up in the middle of night due to nausea then vomits.  We just found out that she has a 5.4 mm left choroid fissure cyst.
She also complains of pressure in her head, headaches and dizziness.
When she was born she had a Spinal tap?

My question is would this all be caused from the choroid fissure cyst or
complication from the spinal tap?  Would surgery be an option for her being so young?

Thank you for your expertise.

How would I let you review the MRI? I have a disc from University Radiology Group.
I would like your opinion. Please let me know how we would go about doing this.

My daughter has the cyst,
2 areas of hyperintensity in white matter (brain foci).
She has ADHD/ high functioning autism symptoms
Auditory Processing Disorder
learning disability
gaf score=50(considered totally disabled psychologically)

I thank you for your expertise.

Dear Missy6201980

Most likely the spinal tap has no relashionship with this cyst.
I could review the MRI (free of charge) if you would like a formal opinion in her case.
It is difficult to say anything in terms of surgical indication without looking at the imaging.
