answers to sons behaviour

hi  my sons behaviour as seriously got worse hes 27 and his now in dovegate prison because he knocked down the back door i am worried that in prison the doctors dont seem to think he needs his hydrocortisone tablets and say this might be making him worse, does cabergoline replace hydrocortisone? he also as levothyroxine sodium 50 micrograms. putting him in a catagory 1  prison wont help him hes never done an illegal thing in his life but we who love him his family have had to cope with his depression and aggressivness to us and  we all need help

It sounds like he had a large prolactinoma.
The treatment with medicine is very effective and he must continue the carbegoline.
Other hormones that are low should be corrected.

The medication is unlikely related to the behavior changes.
It is not clear to me in you question if he has a tumor.

Carbegoline does not replace hydrocortisone.
Carbegoline is the treatment for prolactinomas, a type of pituitary adenoma. Hydrocortisone is a steroid.
