B-6 really restores my short term memory - Toxicity concerns??

About 18 years ago, I started taking Welbutrin and Cylert (which is now off the market).  Although this was just to correct SLIGHT chemical depression and alertness, it also caused a rather pronounced and noticeable short term memory loss!

I decided that, either I "cure" this memory problem, or the benefit ratio was horrible, and I'd stop taking any of these drugs.  But, I did find a cure--in spades.

While browsing some books some months earlier, I skimmed a book on various vitamins and what systems they affect or not, depending on if you have a deficiency or not.  I remembered that B6 was primarily for "nervous system".  It was cheap, and I decided to take a shot, since it "couldn't hurt".

The first night, and every night for the next week, I had fantastic technicolor dreams!  I also seemed to fully restore any short term memory loss, (although harder to conclude in just a week).  I studied B6 a bit, and found pilots used it, and a fight surgeon studied it, and determined that there was risk of nerve damage, if taking more than 100 mg. / day, but generally safe, below this.

Over the years, I really did confirm that not only did my short term memory come back even with these other drugs, it also dramatically improved my long term memory as well.  The dramatic dreams still continue, and often are better than watching many movies.  I'm a CEO, so over-correcting this memory issue has been great.

I suspect that my B6 deficit is rather unique, and others may not benefit as I have.  Further, I found some posts to suggest that in some people, this could be both damaging, and dangerous. ( https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Neurology/Vitamin-B6-Toxicity/show/378783 )  So, I'm reevaluating my dosage.  The only possible side-effects I've seen, is NON-parkinson-like hand tremors, occasionally.  (I plan to reduce dosage as a test, since it is transient, anyway.)

I take B-125 Complex / day, with 125 mg of time-released B6.  I'm 69, and have CAD with two LAD stents over 12 years.  Those 2 MI's caused virtually no heart damage.  The last one was repaired within 2 hours of the initial MI pain.  I still take Welbutrin and Modafinil (Provigil) 200 mg., daily.

Q ==
1.  Just how rare is my B6 deficiency when taking "mind drugs" ?
2.  Should I take some tests to ensure that I'm not getting too much B6 ?   (I'm fairly sure I could get 90% of the benefits with only => 25 mg. of B6.)
3.  Has anyone else noticed that B6 "cured short term memory loss", at least anecdotally?
4.  Since I do know that the vivid dreaming does affect many of those that I suggested that they try higher doses of B6, is this common for most others?
