Deep white matter brain lesion?

I'm a 28year old female, who doesn't really have servere health issues...I was recently diagnosed with autoimmune disease sjrodgens disease, and I was diagnosed 8years ago with an arachnoid cyst, but 3 years ago that cyst had disappeared so that's no longer issue! I started having weird symptoms, face numbness hand tingling and feet, tired all time, pain...etc..I was tested with blood work and was fine..so they did an MRI and they found a 6mm anterior frontal deep white matter lesion, minamal barely noticed periventricular white matter disease...it says they see no diffusion abnormalities that is most consistent with chronic etoilogy...I'm so confused what this all means and I can't get to neouroligist till July due to being on a waiting list..has anyone expierenced this? What could this mean?
