Does anyone have any explanation for how this could happen to me?

So, this first happened when I used to smoke weed when I was younger. I tried so many different strains of weed to see if it was just that specific weed but got the same effect every time so I stopped smoking and thought I was just allergic to it or something(because it would happen even if i took just one hit). but then I tried LSD and it happened to me too, so it must be something wrong with my brain, especially because everyone I tell about this has never heard of it happening. So it feels like my entire tactile sensations/sense of touch is completely ****** up, my entire body feels like it’s in a motion picture movie/flip book when touched, it’s almost like how you can see after images but in my sense of touch, like i can feel the “after touch” of everything I touch. like it feels like the world is touching my skin 103949303 times. I always show people how it kind of feels by taking their hand and pretending they’re going to grab something with their eyes closed but then tapping they hand all over with my fingers instead to SORT OF imitate that feeling. It also lasts for way longer than the drugs do, on acid it lasted for over 30 hours and I thought I would have to kill myself to make it end. Weed is only 3-5 hours. I’m wondering if something could be wrong with my brain? I also have visual snow & all of what comes with it like floaters, after images, tracers, etc. tinnitus, burning sensations & muscle tremors & throbbing sensations in my body, and very bad derealization and depersonalization. I also sometimes hear this weird almost mechanical sounding tingling/chime noise in the back of my neck? So it would make sense if i had some sort of a connection issue in my brain, maybe? at least has anyone else experienced this? it makes me very worried. thank you.
