Legs feel strange when walking sometimes

Hey guys, so recently I've been worried that I might have CJD. The reason for this is that, at first, I had this weird twitching sensation in my thumb on Sunday. This went away and all I had were some tremors and other very brief small twitches that went away instantly or were linked to some anxiety. I then had another twitch in my arm on Monday, but this also went away.

Today though, my knees feel strange and this feeling sometimes migrates to my calf muscles. Essentially, it feels like they are kind of tight. I can still walk normally and do tandem gait perfectly all while doing other actions (I hopped rocks when doing photography at the beach today with no problem). When sitting down I get brief twitching at times in my calves and some tremors in my feet.

Can anyone tell me what's happening, I'm going to the doctor again tomorrow to see if I have a proper anxiety disorder since I have a tendency to veer towards the extreme.
