Numbness in my hand and involuntary twitching in my fingers

I woke up this morning and my hand and forearm were asleep and remained that way for most of the morning. Now that they aren't asleep my index and middle fingers have been twitching involuntarily for the rest of today. There is no pain. I had carpal tunnel surgery 4 years ago and This feels different than the carpal tunnel. I'm not a very descriptive person so any questions will be answered to the best of my ability. Thank you, any help will be appreciated
