lost CT scan said I had Cadasil

Had a CT scan as my migraines were getting worse paralysed, streaming in brain and tunnel vision The doctor ordered CT Scan had scan and the results suggest that the white lesions were signs of CADASIL. Went to neurologist who said at appointment He doesn't believe I have it as it is rare, All this without seeing the CT as they couldn't find it on the system.
My symptoms are getting worse Migraines with Aura 2/3 weekly , nausea, spinning room 300mph unable to move, balance gone, severe mood changes short term memory poor plus white lesions sometimes I get the shakes. I get clammy I feel like im going to die the paramedics came to my home. My mum has unknown cause of whit matter lesions and her symptoms are much the same as mine but slightly worse. im 38 mum 58. Im so ill that some days I cant walk get out of bed and my mood has changed as im writing this my brain feels like there is water in it and when I walk I lose balance sometimes. Can anyone help please Im ill most days now. I have also moved to another part of the UK so would have to start referrals all over again.
