Enlarged brow bossing concern

I don't know if this is in the right place, but here-goes...

I have an enlarged forehead; I always thought it might just be me being critical of myself but a recent picture of me shows just how protruding it seems with the proper facial angle: it is also farther protruding on the left than the right. I'm slightly overweight so my hands and feet might appear to be big, but my mothers hands are short and chubby like mine; I'm also of an average height (5'10"); this appears to rule out acromegaly, but I don't know anything for sure. Is there some deficiency that causes this protrusion, and can it be stopped or reversed? By reversed I mean any kind of surgery to fix it?

Other possibly pertinent information..

height: 5'10"
weight: 222 lbs. (after 105 lbs. of loss)
age: 22

Your regular doctor can order the test to start.

You should then start with a regular endo but they are generally not qualified to treat pituitary. So find a university or larger hospital as they generally will have a pituitary center there. Atlanta has, to my knowledge, several. But I don't know how good they are.

And no: no problems with spacing of the teeth; there are no headaches either, apart from the common headaches that everyone gets from time to time, but nothing of a severe or regular occurrence.

How would one go about this? Are there any physicians in the Atlanta area i could see about this?

I am only a layman but I would go ask for a IGF-1 and other hormones. It can be controlled now with medications, so you need a good doctor to see if you have the issue.

Do you have any problems with spacing of your teeth, or headaches?

If you have elevated IGF-1, find a pituitary center.
