Has anyone been diagnosed with more than one pituitary tumor at once?

Three shaded areas were found on my MRI. I was told by the Endocrinologist that I was referred to that it was three small tumors.
I can't find anyone with a similar experience. I'm very concerned and any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks!
