Even tiny tumors can cause issues. Find another doctor - a pituitary endo - so that you can get proper treatment.

Based on your symptoms, it may be either Cushing's (thin skin, hypothyroid, diabetes, edema, elevated cholesterol, central obesity and lowered GH among others) or low GH which has some overlap.

What is your endo waiting for?

She sounds like she is not an expert. All the stuff you are saying sounds like symptoms - and if they address the source, it can go away.

The MRI is just a tiny aspect now - you know you have the lesion, now you have to figure out the nature of it, and get it addressed.
