Possible pit tumor?

My first post and hopefully I could get some feedback.  I am a 33 year old female. I have had double vision for probably 18 months, I have been infertile since 23 and maybe earlier as I was on birth control.  My menstrual cycle can go almost 3 years apart.  I needed fertility treatments for both of my children, did every test available to figure out infertility and everything is normal, no cysts, no endimitriosis, no blocked fallopian tubes etc.  I wake up with an extreme headache almost daily and with the help of tylenol, advil I seem to get by but by 4pm I have a SEVERE migraine.  I usually take a 45 minute nap on my commute back home and then I am o.k. until bedtime.  I get dizzy spells all the time even sitting down.  My ears feel full all the time as well, I have to pop my ears anywhere between 20-30 times daily as the pressure build up is annoying and I can't hear clearly.  This is even when sitting at my desk working.  I have had abnormal hair growth for years, hair growing in places where hair shouldn't be on a woman (Thank god for laser hair removal, although it keeps growing back :( ).  I am losing hair on the top of my head (male pattern baldness).  These are pretty much all of my symptoms...I am awaiting for a date for an MRI and endocrinologist.  I did have a CT scan and it came back normal.  I am a normal weight (142lbs), could loose a few :)   If anyone has lived these symptoms or has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated...I'm really scared at the possibilites :(

dynamic means that they administer the contrast while you are in the machine, while they are taking your pictures, instead of giving you the contrast when u are out of the machiner and then replacing u in there.

also make sure it is a 3t machine.

Thanks for your response, I've had no blood work done yet.  I wait to see the neurologist next week who will refer me to an endocrinologist.  I have not seen a neuro-opthomologist yet but I did see an opthomologist who ran a few tests and stated that I have no pressure present on my optic nerves and stated that I have 4th nerve palsy, which is completely false, I have not had double vision all of my life (only in the last 18 months, which he knew about), nor do I have a head tilt or missaligned eyes.

I just got a call for the MRI and need to phone them back in the morning, I will mention the Dynamic...can you give anymore input on the MRI?  What is Dynamic anyways?

Thanks

CT scans are not useful for pituitary - so the doc that ordered that was... not good.

Have you seen a neuro-opthomologist?

What kind of testing have you had? As in blood testing? Thyroid stuff can effect alopecia which is what is happening on your head or it can be idiopathic which is what the docs are going to say. The other hair growth is horrid - had it - so you have to find out why as there can be so many hormones that can cause it.

If you are looking at pituitary - make sure the MRI is dynamic. The MRI place should be experienced in pituitary and then they have a chance of doing it correctly. Call ahead and ask about it.

Not everyone gains weight.
