Prolactinoma, how i feel day to day

I was diagnosed about 3 years ago with 6mm prolactinoma. I was struggling a lot with symptoms like low blood sugar like a diabetic. I still get that now and again.
I was put on hcg until my wife got pregnant now they've put me on nebido. Nothing to control my prolactin. I was once called up to hospital to have cortisol injected as they said it was that low if I got ill Mt body wouldn't fight it. Since my last episode of sweating tingles in my hands not bring able to feel my legs etc I have checked my blood sugars a few times and all okay but I just ache and feel tire and drained. Is this normal?
