I hope they can identify and resolve your issue!
Thanks for your reply. I have looked it up, as well and I'm looking for the paperwork with the real diagnosis. I forgot that one was the actual code on my Insurance paperwork. I am not seeing a Psychiatrist, but a NeuroPsych who was brought in to evaluate why I am having such problems remembering anything and testing my cognitive skills. I asked my Neurologist for the referral because I know these people specialize in figuring out what exactly is happening and what part of the brain is impacted. I have already been through more intense testing by the Neuropsych doctor who communicates regularly with my Neurologist. The finding on the MRA was a surprise, but could explain why I have had dizzy spells my entire life. No one else ever ordered an MRA. They just presumed I had Vertigo and left it at that. The symptoms are all much worse now and I'm tired of falling and walking like I'm drunk all the time. I also have heart disease, multiple Autoimmune Diseases and so many other things I can't even begin to mention. Out of all of them and the chronic pain I live with 24/7, the dizziness and memory loss is by far bugging me the most.
I looked up that "term" and found it was it a code so they can get paid by insurance, so it is not a specific diagnosis.
But if there is an anomaly and by congenital, it may imply that it has been there a while, it seems like there is something - why the psych instead of a neurologist?
