What do these symptoms show?

I know it is impossible to diagnose someone over the internet, I just would like to know an idea of what these symptoms could be pointing to. I have not been to the doctor in about five years due to a variety of reasons.

I have been in and out of hospitals and doctors since the age of 4-8 years old due to an unknown sickness. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, migraines and ulcers  when I was around 7 - 9 years old. My doctor said that he was afraid to work on me because he did not know what was wrong with me at the age of 12. Since then I have been getting almost the same treatment and decided that it is not even worth it to go.
When I was around 4-7 (I can't remember exactly) I couldn't walk because of pain in my legs, which, as far as I know was never diagnosed and it eventually went away by itself.
I am 19 years old now and am about twenty pounds overweight.

When I was around 12, I had this sudden onset of blurred vision and loss of hearing. I could still hear, but it was like I was under water. The blurred vision was accompanied by warping colors in the corners of my eyes and affected both eyes.  I thought nothing of it at the time as I was alone and basically forgot about it until it happened again, four years later. At 16, the same thing happened again while I was at work. Then the next year I started getting them every other day. At this point it was freaking me out and I went and seen an optometrist, but after examination, he found that nothing was wrong other then me being near sighted and might be related to stress.
I don't remember how much it happened soon after that.
The next time I remember it happening was in early 2008, when I was watching a movie. It got so bad that I left the room for a few minutes.  The feeling is hard to explain, but its like being light headed, yet pains in your head.  Focusing on a single thing, even reading a word is impossible. It usually goes on for about a half hour.
It is now 2009 and I have not had this happen since last year, nothing has changed in my life stress wise, so I am not sure if it was stress or not.

Last year, I started exercising (cardio) for an hour every day. I did this for a few months and was happy and comfortable with how much I was doing and the improvements. I ended up losing 50 pounds from exercising and dieting. But then I started to notice pain in my upper left chest. Almost where the armpit meets the chest. It was a tearing/stabbing sensation. I also started to get headaches while working out, which I thought was normal as I do have headaches alot, but the headaches got to the point where I had to stop working out within the first twenty minutes or I would feel as if I would faint. Other then walking a few miles here and there, I have not attempted to work out doing cardio since.

Two weeks ago, I started getting these migraines that were so painful and felt like pressure on the back-right side of my head, that I had to lay down. Over the next week, I started getting alot of fatigue along with the migraine and stayed in bed most of the week, taking Excedrin and Aspirin, which actually made me more nauseous. One morning I woke up and it was gone, the fatigue and the migraine.

I have also had pain in my left testicle for about a month now, which hurts when I run or make a sudden movement. I might just be an infection or something small, but I thought it would be worth mentioning.

For a few years now, I don't know how exactly long ago I found it, but I have a lump on the bottom-left side of my neck. I don't know if it normal. It is around the size of a pea, maybe larger. I have read that it might be a 'lymph node'. On the left side of my neck (where the lump is) I have been feeling pain, like when you sleep wrong and you have a stiff neck... But hasn't gone away in a week.

The last few years I have had dizzy/numb spells where I will get dizzy and my left side will go numb. Just the other day, I was carrying down the laundry to the basement where the washer and dryer are and after I placed down the laundry, instantly my left arm and leg went numb and I felt disoriented. It was not the feeling of it going asleep, but of it going completely numb. I had to sit down, if I didn't I would've fallen.

I have been having trouble remembering event from years ago, to tell you the truth I can only remember a few things about my childhood, and not early child hood, I mean all of it age 5-15 I can only remember faint things. I read a book a few years ago, that I loved and thought that it was my favorite book... but when trying to tell someone what it is about, I shot a blank... I can't remember a single thing that happened in the book other then the title and author. I really make me nervous that I am forgetting so much.

Like I said, I know I should see a doctor, and I will, but I just want to know if these symptoms show anything right away. I guess I am just very nervous about finding out what it is and of being turned away like before.

They do not know what to do either. I am going to find another doctor and make an appointment soon and get checked out.

Thanks

It is time to find a new doctor.
You need to get looked at and some tests run - it can all be some vitamin deficiencies or hormones - but without testing, there is not much to say.
