I can understand. The FSH and LH are pituitary tests and they are low - but that is not definitive for a pituitary tumor. Your doctor did not run all the pituitary hormones and oddly, your testosterone was not low - so even though your pituitary is not signalling the gland to work, they are working.

You need more testing to know what is going on - plus you are male and I don't know if the LH and FSH should be low (the ranges for male and females differ). Other hormones - like cortisol  and prolactin- can impact libido so your doctor did not even cover all the hormones.

Your doctor also did barely anything thyroid testing - he only tested the storage component but not the usage (t3 and free t3) or even the TSH - the pituitary thyroid test.

The MRI is a good idea - if done correctly (a proper pituitary MRI) but really complete testing tells you more.
