We are not doctors - so... that can make things difficult here. Also, a follicular adenoma does not say much as in where (I will assume somewhere in the brain since you are posting in this forum) but I had one in my thyroid... I personally do not know of a medication to treat - mine was surgically removed.

It is possible that you have central (aka pituitary) hypothryoidism.
Yeah, my tumor changed sizes all the time. It was really moving all over. MRIs are ok, but not absolutely accurate as pit tumors are tiny...
Does your doctor test the rest of your hormones - especially growth hormone?
