possible cancer or tumor?

Hello, Lately I have had bad headaches, ringing ears, vision disturbances, cough?, ringing in ears, balance problems after get. I have gone to many doctors and they diagnosed me with a sinus infection/sinusitis. After taking augmentin I still felt horrible after a week and a half. I had a sinus x-ray done and the results cameback normal? No sinus infection? I am 14 years old and I am feeling so bad I'm getting behind on schoolwork and I'm tired all the time. I have lost 6 pounds since july or august and very skinny, my parents are afraid I am getting annorexic. Help plz

i have been experincing the same thing except my head tingles and i have lost 7 pounds with in one mouth doctors keep tryin to tell ,e ist depression but everybody kns when somethingswrong with there body just go to the doctors and tell them u want a cat scan
