I am a 34 year old male. About 10 months ago, my right leg began feeling slightly weak or "off." A couple months later, I began experiencing short episodes of numbness and tingling in both of my arms (which were almost always dependent on bending or raising my arms). The slightly weak leg and numbness and tingling in the arms continue off and on until today -- sometimes things feel totally normal and sometimes the symptoms come back. Additionally, beginning about 6 months ago, I began experiencing a nearly constant mild headache/ slight dizziness that is generally more pronounced in the morning and somewhat eases throughout the day (these symptoms have persisted on an almost daily basis until today). Finally, over the past 4 weeks or so, I have been experiencing reoccurring episodes of numbness/mild pain in and around both eyes (but, fortunately, my vision has not been affected). My grandmother and sister have MS. I very scared to see a doctor, but do these symptoms sound like a brain tumor or perhaps MS? Do any other likely causes come to mind, such as perhaps a vitamin b12 deficiency? (Note that I have taken nexium for several years in the past, but have not taken it for about 3 years now.) Finally, how important is it that I see a doctor now when my symptoms are annoying but still quite mild?
