Hi there

Usually, pathology reports simply state  if the carcinoma is positive or negative (much easier to read!)

However, Sometimes a score (usually out of 8) is used to indicate the
average amount of hormone receptors per cancer cell and the
proportion of cells with receptors.

Your results are 8/8.so yes, definitely positive
