Hi.
I agree with the previous posts.  According to Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) data, the incidence of breast cancer among women below age 20 years was 0.0% from year 2001 to 2005.
The discoloration on your nipple could be a result of a previous infection that either caused post-inflammatory hypo or hyperpigmentation.
You should have it checked by your doctor to be certain of the diagnosis.
Take care.

Hi!

I would ditto what Kat said.  Better to check it out and be relieved or have early facts, than sit day after day wondering.  Know that you can come here for support and information.  You might try posing your question on the "Ask a Doctor" forum for their advice.

You are very young to have bc, but I would get this checked out.  I am much, much older than you, and I had a rare type of bc called Inflammatory breast cancer. But circles around my nipple, and the circles changed in size and location, etc, was part of my condition. I am not telling you this because i want to scare you, but since you should see a doctor, at least I think so, you may want to mention that someone on a forum mention those circles to you in relation to bc. Since this disease is very rare, the doctor may, or may not know this and better try and find another explanation. best wishes, kat
