Blood and pus from nipple?

Hello, I am writing because I am a bit nervous. So about a year ago, I got my nipples pierced. Unfortunately, they would not heal so I took them out. For the past 6 months my left nipple swells up even to the point where It creates a bubble and when I squeeze on it sticky yellow pus comes out then it turns to blood. Like a lot of blood. Sometimes I can tell I didn't get all of it out so I press on it harder and it will crack like I broke into another place where more discharge then blood comes out. Recently, it will bleed all day and night.  Just seeing if I can get some advice. I'm hoping it's nothing I should be worried about, but the bleeding has made me so nervous :(
