what are the side effects of Letrozole?
Hi,
All aromatase inhibitors may cause side effects, but some people can better tolerate the side effects of these drugs,while others cannot.Check with your Doctor/Oncologist if another similar drug might be better suited for you if any of these most common side effects persist or become bothersome when using Letrozole (Brand name Femara).
