Breast Discoloration

What might cause a small discoloration on the breast?

The options you list for the discoloration are either 1) patient, or 2) doctor?

One thing I know that can cause this to happen is pregnancy.
Also biopsy! a bruise! IBC! infection! childbirth! (just the first few things that come to mind)
